UPDATE
Our homestudy was officially approved last Friday!!! YAY!!! Our social worker has received the final letter needed to go get our homestudy notarized and apostilled....so we should have the finished product in our hands by the end of the week!!! I have everything ready to go in an envelope to submit our application to the United States Department of Homeland Security. We should be able to mail that off this week!! (Insert HAPPY DANCE) :) This next step can take up to a couple months to get approved...we will be praying for God's perfect timing, and praying our waiting, impatient, human hearts will be aligned with His.

That is exactly where we are at, too (well, half a step behind, but our social worker promised us a draft today, so we should be sending our homstudy off to USCIS any day! Yay!) Glad to hear things are moving forward for you, too, and I am praying that those USCIS people are going to move quickly for your family and for ours!
